HOTEL GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1: Application of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the services provided by the establishment.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are sent to the customer along with the quote, to enable them to make their reservation. Any reservation therefore implies the customer's full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions, to the exclusion of any other document such as brochures, commercial documents, etc.

ARTICLE II: Reservation

The customer must confirm their reservation before the option end date by mail or email, accompanied by a credit card validation via a secure payment link.

Failing validation of the credit card registration, the establishment will not confirm the reservation and will not guarantee the availability of the reserved spaces/rooms.

ARTICLE III: Booking Arrangements

– Rooms: Rooms will be made available to guests from 3:00 p.m. and must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Any departure beyond this deadline may result in the invoicing of an additional night.

– No-shows: No-shows (services ordered but not canceled) will be billed for the entire stay.

ARTICLE IV: Changes to Services

Any request to change services in relation to the reservation must be made in writing (by email) to the establishment. The change can only be accepted and confirmed subject to availability at the establishment at the time of the request.

ARTICLE V: Total or Partial Cancellation

Total Cancellation: Changing the date of the stay is considered a total cancellation and the cancellation conditions apply.

In the event of force majeure (accident, death, medical reasons, etc.), the hotel reserves the right to issue a partial or full refund.

Partial Cancellation: In the event of a shortened stay, a delayed arrival date, a changed number of people, or any other event that modifies the original reservation contract, the balance of the initially reserved stay will be requested.

ARTICLE VI: Relocation

In the event of force majeure, the establishment reserves the right to accommodate participants in whole or in part in a nearby hotel of an equivalent category for services of the same nature. The transfer costs will remain the responsibility of the establishment, which may not be used as a basis for payment of any additional compensation.

ARTICLE VII: Prices

Rates are expressed in euros, including VAT. The rates confirmed on the reservation request are firm until the end date of the option exercise. After this period, they are subject to change depending on economic conditions. The applicable rates are those in effect on the day the service is provided. They may be modified in the event of legislative and/or regulatory changes that may result in price variations, such as changes in the applicable VAT rate, the introduction of new taxes, etc.

ARTICLE VIII: Promotional Stay

Online-only promotions cannot be combined, modified, or canceled, and are valid at the price and dates indicated. Special conditions: The customer's credit card information is

required to benefit from these promotions. Any changes or cancellations are not possible after booking. In the event of cancellation, the package amount is due in full.

ARTICLE IX: Payment Methods

The payment terms are as follows: In low season, payment is required in full three days before arrival (seven days before arrival in high season) via a secure payment link sent by email. The stay is due in full and non-refundable.

Unless otherwise stated, no payment extension is granted. Payment for extras (laundry, drinks, telephone, tourist tax, etc.) requested from participants will be made by the participants concerned before their departure. In the absence of payment, the invoice will be sent to the guest, who agrees to pay it at reception.

Any late payment will result in late payment penalties equal to 1.5 times the legal interest rate in effect, without prior formal notice.

ARTICLE X: Insurance – Damage – Breakage – Theft

The guest must ensure the safekeeping of their belongings and equipment. A room safe is available. The guest must inform the establishment of any damage they cause. ARTICLE XI: Recommendations

The guest agrees not to invite any person whose behavior is likely to be detrimental to the establishment, which reserves the right to intervene if necessary. The guest may not bring in any drinks or food from outside without prior authorization from management. The guest agrees to ensure that participants and their guests comply with all of the establishment's guidelines and regulations (including the no-smoking policy). The client shall ensure that participants do not disrupt the operation of the establishment or jeopardize the safety of the establishment or the people present there.
